While I wrote the previous manifesto which will undoubtedly catch a ton of flak, I listened to the entire new Jean Grae album The Evil Jeanius. What a pleasant surprise. This is just beautiful.
What's best for me,
never seems to be what's next to me.

The Jeanius Is Back
Last we heard Jean Grae had announced her retirement via Myspace. Then last week someone picked up on the fact that Jean was selling verses on Craigslist. Hmmmm. Given the circumstances, most of the world has been under the impression that Jean is driving a cab somewhere in Coney Island a la Cappadonna, has absolutely no money, and will never be heard from again.
But then yesterday out of nowhere I get shipped this brand new Jean Grae album produced entirely by Blue Sky Black Death, titled The Evil Jeanius. Looks like someone is back. We love you Jeany, even if you have trouble loving yourself, stick around.
