In regards to any hip-hop that usually speaks on this topic, I'm usually hands off, and refuse to advocate. You can safely assume that I still feel that way, but am weirdly impressed with this oddly amazing beat, and I can use it as an intro to what The Wire writers have to say about it in Time magazine.
