ABOVE

Graffiti gets boring fast because most graffiti artists are either 1) awful or 2) good at what they do but are caught within a graphic vernacular that has been done a million times. The very few truly talented cats like Blu, ABOVE, and Banksy are artists first and writers second, which gives them a big advantage in understanding of space, typography, and content.

ABOVE is a new discovery, but dude is masterful. Watch especially for the Willy Wonka piece and 1/2 Hearted in the above video.
