Jean has become a bit of a household name, appearing on a few of The Roots' albums, as well as recently signing to Talib Kweli's label Blacksmith. The thing is, she's been around forever...ever since the What? What? days.
Jean has yet to put out an album on Blacksmith, but I predict a masterpiece, especially under the tutelage of Kweli. Cross your fingers, and in the meantime turn up "Don't Rush Me."
